What does the above mean?  At many workplaces there's a dedicated facilities or office manager.  Sometimes a company will hire an outside facilities company to take care of the routine maintenance and cleanliness of their building (sometimes us) so they don't have to worry about the grounds being kept, the restrooms being cleaned, and routine maintenance is done.  At EBS we're you're home facilities manager.  You can call us for a carpet cleaning, reoccurring housekeeping, to clean your kitchen or bathroom tile, landscaping, even if it's time to put a new roof on your house.  You have one account manager or home concierge (you choose) that is completely dedicated to the needs of your home and family.  There's no contract to sign, no fees to be paid out for this.  Only pay when you have a service provided.  If there is a service that we can't provide in house we'll bid out the job to insure you get a good price, check the qualifications, licenses, references, and insurance of the vendor or contractor doing the work so you don't have to and better than that we're the ones you pay.  From carpet cleanings, to decks and patios built, to someone to mow your lawn.  We're working for your home so you can just enjoy being there.
